Encapsulated Citric Acid MF-8501mn is an anhydrous citric acid coated with a layer of sodium citrate. Compared to regular citric acid, MF-8501mn has lower hygroscopicity and reduced reactivity with other ingredients in its crystalline form. This makes it particularly advantageous for various powder applications that are sensitive to moisture, especially in foam formulations. Encapsulated Citric Acid MF-8501mn offers exceptional stability in food applications, such as instant beverages, dietary supplements, and candies, effectively preventing premature reactions.

 Lactic Acid coated with hydrogenated palm oil or hydrogenated soybean oil will have a sharp release at say 55-60C (about 130-140F) or say 65-70C (about 150-160F). This can be called temperature based release. It is used in food production. For Encapsulated Lactic Acid, we use Lactic Acid Powder of 60% assay with Calcium Lactate.
